John Weir BSc (Hons), MSc
John Weir is the founder and clinical director of Coslia Podiatry, bringing over 35 years of experience in musculoskeletal and lower limb care.
He specialises in the assessment and management of complex foot and leg injuries, combining detailed biomechanical evaluation with evidence-based treatment planning. John works with patients experiencing acute injuries, chronic pain conditions, and recurrent lower limb issues — helping them return to comfortable, confident movement.
Over the course of his career, he has treated a wide spectrum of cases, from individuals seeking to restore everyday mobility to elite inter-county hurlers requiring expert injury management at the highest level of sport.
John’s clinical approach is thorough, precise, and outcome-focused. His priority is clear diagnosis, structured rehabilitation, and long-term resolution — not just short-term symptom relief.
